Why visitKameido Sohonten
Founded in 1873 on Kobe's old Saigoku Kaido road, Kameido Sohonten created the original kawara senbei, a roof-tile-shaped cracker made with flour, eggs, and sugar. The Motomachi shop still bakes this classic Kobe confection at its founding location.
