Founded in 1884 by a branch of a Uji tea wholesaler, Nakamura Chaho has supplied fine Japanese tea in Matsue for over 140 years. Its matcha reflects the tea ceremony culture fostered by Lord Fumai, Matsue's tea-master daimyo.
