Founded in the early Showa era in Bakurocho and relocated to Edogawabashi in 1952 after the WWII air raids, this taiyaki shop—related to the renowned Naniwaya Sohonten of Azabu-Juban—still bakes each fish-shaped cake individually in traditional iron molds.
