Originating as a food cart called "Toho Tohotei" in 1961, this shop opened its own storefront in Sanei-cho in 1983 and relocated to its current Yotsuya address in 2011. It is famous for wonton noodles with oversized dumplings and for being a longtime favorite of TV personality Tamori.
