Why visitShogetsudo
Founded in 1910, Shogetsudo created the Yunohana Manju, a brown-sugar bun inspired by the tawny waters of Ikaho Onsen, and is said to be the birthplace of Japan's onsen manju. Each bun is still made by hand daily, following the original recipe and methods.
