Opened in Nishi-Azabu in 1989 and relocated to Minami-Azabu in 2004, this kaiseki restaurant was established by celebrated chef Hiromitsu Nozaki as an offshoot of the fugu restaurant Tokuyama. It remains a well-known destination for refined Japanese cuisine.
