Founded in 1975 by Tomizo Nakajo with a staff of just seven, this upscale Chinese restaurant began in Roppongi. Though its current address is in Nishi-Azabu, it is still known by its original Roppongi branding, and the founder's family continues to uphold its culinary traditions.
