Founded in 1865 in Kanazawa's Owari-cho, Fumuroya has devoted itself to Kaga-fu wheat gluten ever since. At the main store, visitors can find sudare-fu, colorful decorative fu, and the popular Takara-no-fu instant soup wafers.
