Why visitNotoji
Founded in Akasaka during the Ansei era (1854-60) as 'Notoya', the shop relocated to its current Shimbashi location around 1883 and was renamed Notoji. Its duck seiro soba, made with stone-milled Hokkaido buckwheat, is the signature dish.
