Founded in 1924 as the sushi shop "Shoro-zushi" by first-generation owner Otomatsu Saito, the store became known for its rich tamagoyaki made with a secret dashi stock, and is now one of the signature tamagoyaki specialists of Tsukiji Outer Market.
