Why visitSoba-dokoro Harukiya

Said to have opened shortly after the war in the 1940s, this small soba shop is run by a husband-and-wife team in the quiet residential streets of Shoto, still serving lunch only. It is unrelated to the more famous ramen shop of the same name in Ogikubo.
